DISPUTES

Consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr – a single point of access that allows consumers and traders in the EU to settle disputes between them.

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) between consumers and traders is a voluntary out-of-court conciliation procedure.

The General Conciliation Commissions help consumers and traders reach agreement in disputes over contracts for the sale of goods and the provision of services.

The General Conciliation Commissions are organised regionally, and the body competent to settle disputes between ANTOANET OOD and a User is the General Conciliation Commission at the Consumer Protection Commission, based in Sofia, covering Sofia, Sofia Province, Kyustendil Province and Pernik Province.

The consolidated list of recognised ADR bodies of the EU member states is available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.adr.show
